MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Redshirt senior quarterback Brady White has been named the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback of the Week for the first week of the 2020 season. The honor comes after White was named one of the eight Manning Award Stars of the Week and garnered an honorable mention pick for CFPA National Performer of the Week.
With 280 passing yards and four touchdowns against Arkansas State, White picked up the 2020 campaign where he left off in 2019. Saturday's performance marked the fifth time in his career he threw for at least four touchdowns and his 39 yards on the ground marked a career-high.
