MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis' Meredith Wallace and Sabrina Bianco both had double-double performances to lead the Tigers to a 3-1 American Athletic Conference volleyball win at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse Sunday.
Memphis won the match by scores of 25-15, 15-25, 25-16 and 25-16. With the victory, the Tigers are now 15-9 overall and 4-8 in the league. USF fell 7-19 overall and 1-11 in the conference.
Bianco and Wallace both posted consecutive double-doubles in the weekend's two matches. On Sunday, Bianco had 42 assists and 13 digs, and Wallace recorded 13 kills and 13 digs.
