NASHVILLE, Tenn. – University of Memphis' and posted top-three performances to pace the Tigers in first-day action at Vanderbilt's Music City Challenge Friday. The meet continues Saturday at the Vanderbilt Multipurpose Facility, with the action starting at 10 a.m. (CT).
Wesner placed second in the men's high jump with a mark of 7-0.5 (2.15m), and Austin was third in the men's 200 meters (21.55).
(weight throw) and (high jump) recorded the highest finishes on the women's side. Both placed fourth in their respective events.
