MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis track and field has arrived in Wichita, Kansas and is set to begin events tomorrow for the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
The meet will take place over the next three days at Cessna Stadium. This is the second time in three seasons that the Shockers will host the conference championships. Events are slated to kick off tomorrow at 12 p.m., with finals events continuing through Sunday evening; the awards ceremony will follow at 8:05 p.m.
The Tigers have several contenders for titles and medals.
