CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – University of Memphis' , , and all recorded personal-bests in multiple events to pace the track and field team's effort at the Redhawks Open Friday evening. The meet was the final one before next weekend's American Athletic Conference Championships.
The Tigers men's and women's squads combined for 22 top-three performances and six titles.
Evans and Neelly posted personal-bests in both the men's shot put and weight throw. Hill put up her personal-best marks in the women's long and triple jumps. On the track, Scott recorded her personal-bests in the women's 55 meters and 55-meter hurdles.
