BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Memphis Tigers track & field teams wrapped up two days of competition at The CrossPlex in Birmingham at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships. The Memphis men finished sixth (49.5 points ) as a team and the women came in seventh (52 points). The Tigers claimed a total of 11 medals (one gold, three silver, seven bronze).
"Jumps and throws did very well on both sides," head coach Kevin Robinson said. "Vincent [Chenier] scored in the men's mile, and Madison [Fleming] and Simone [Harper] both did very well in the hurdles.
