MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis baseball team is set to welcome Tulane to FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field for its final regular-season series before the American Athletic Conference Tournament on May 23-28. Games for this weekend are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday night and 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Memphis (26-25, 8-13) traveled to Greenville, N.C., for a three-game AAC series with No. 14 East Carolina. The Pirates took all three games and handed out the first conference sweep of the Tigers this year. The weekend prior, the Tigers swept American Athletic Conference foe South Florida in Memphis to earn the first sweep of a conference opponent in a decade (May 4-5, Marshall; C-USA).
