MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A two-run ninth inning capped a come-from-behind walk off win for Memphis as the Tigers took the series against Dayton with a 3-2 victory on Saturday at FedExPark.
Trailing 2-1 in the final frame, junior Ian Bibiloni led off the inning with a solo home run to left-centerfield to tie the game. Later in the inning, freshman Jaylen Wilbon sped home after a wild pitch to complete the comeback victory.
"(Bibiloni) was really good for us throughout the fall. He got off to a bit of a slow start but we stayed with him," head coach Daron Schoenrock said of the junior.
