MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis baseball team is set to host UT Martin in the annual W.S. Babe Howard Classic at FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field on Tuesday night at 6 p.m.
Honoring the memory of W.S. 'Babe' Howard and his work with the game of baseball throughout the region, the Tigers are set to host their 15th annual memorial game.
"We're happy to pay homage to the late Babe Howard with the annual Babe Howard Classic," University of Memphis Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Laird Veatch said.
