MEMPHIS, Tenn.– The Memphis women's basketball team is back in action on Thursday when they play host to the Green Wave of Tulane University. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. inside Elma Roane Fieldhouse.
The Tigers (13-7, 4-5 AAC) are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Knights of UCF. Despite facing the 71-57 loss, Memphis found themselves down just seven with a minute left in the game after fighting back from as much as a 14-point deficit.
Alana Davis and Madison Griggs led the team with 16 and 14 points, respectively, while Emani Jefferson nearly missed a double-double with nine points and a team-high nine rebounds.
