OXFORD, Ohio – Following a tough setback to start the road trip, the Memphis women's tennis team responded with a 5-0 shutout against Miami University on Saturday afternoon.
"After a tough loss on Thursday, I was hoping we would respond like this," head coach Hayden Perez said of the victory. "The girls continued playing some great doubles, and we are really tough there. In singles, we have some things to work on, and everyone was able to do that today. We are looking forward to another great effort tomorrow as we wrap up the weekend.
