MEMPHIS, Tenn. – No. 16/20 Memphis men's tennis extended its win streak to nine matches with a 7-0 sweep against Jackson State on Friday afternoon at the Racquet Club of Memphis.
The streak is tied for seventh-best in program history as Memphis (14-4, 2-0) improved to 4-1 in home matches.
Memphis swept the doubles point with wins on courts 2 and 3, and then used the momentum to turn in six straight-set singles wins to complete the sweep.
Junior was first off the court in singles with a 6-2, 6-2 decision.
