EDMOND, Okla. - In strong field that features seven teams ranked inside of the GolfStat Top-50, the Memphis Tigers stand in 14th place in the field, four strokes behind American Athletic Conference foe East Carolina for 13th place.
The Tigers opened the day strong, with a team score of 298, before stumbling in the afternoon 18 holes, carding a team score of 316, giving them their 614. East Carolina stands just ahead of the Tigers with a 610, while 25th ranked Colorado stands 12th with a 604.
The tournament, which is played on the 7,102-yard, par-70 Oak Tree Golf Club East Course, is a unique format, where all five members of the same team play in a group.
