MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis track and field teams are set to split squads this weekend and compete in Birmingham, Ala., at the Samford Bulldog Invite (Friday) and Samford Bulldog Open (Saturday) as well as Music City Challenge in Nashville, Tenn. on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 10-11. The Tigers will take the track for the fourth-consecutive weekend as they prepare for the American Athletic Conference (AAC) Championships scheduled for Feb. 24-25.
"The goal for our throws group going to Birmingham is to get as many reps as possible, make finals and continue to improve," head coach Kevin Robinson said.
