MEMPHIS, Tenn. – After spending the first two weeks of the season on the road, the Memphis Tigers are finally set to play their home opener on Sunday when the VCU Rams invade FedExForum. Tip is set for 4 p.m. on ESPN+.
The Tigers (1-1) are coming off their first defeat of the season Tuesday night at Saint Louis, 90-84 decision. DeAndre Williams powered the offense once again with 21 points and 12 rebounds, while Kendric Davis poured in 18 points, four assists and three boards.
