Tigers Place Sixth at AAC Championship

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – The University of Memphis men's golf team finished up competition at the 2022 American Athletic Conference (AAC) Championship on Sunday, carding a final round score of 286 (-2) to finish in sixth place with a three-round total of 867 (+3).

No. 43-ranked SMU won the conference title with a score of 835 (-29), beating No. 38 South Florida by nine strokes. Houston finished in third with a total of 848 (-16), while UCF and Cincinnati rounded out the top-five.

KEY MOMENTS
Tyran Snyders had a great final day at the AAC Championship, carding a 69 (-3) to move up the leaderboard and finish tied for 16th place with a 215 (-1).
