MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Tiger women's basketball team will take their final long trip of the regular season this week when they head to Houston and Tulsa this Wednesday and Saturday, respectively.
Memphis (14-9, 6-4 AAC) is coming off a gritty, defensive win against UCF that saw Emani Jefferson pick up her first career double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds. The junior guard, who was named to the American Athletic Conference's Weekly Honor Roll, also dished out two assists, recorded one block and picked up four steals in the team's 50-48 win.
