LAKE CHARLES, La. – Looking to close out the weekend on a high note, the Tigers faced off against UNLV. Despite getting their offense going late, Memphis was unable to string together a win and suffered the 5-1 loss.
Following today's games, Memphis moves to 5-9 overall.

How it happened:
- UNLV got on the board first in the top of the 3rd inning when Janyssa Martin hit an RBI double to third base and Ariana Martinez drew a bases loaded walk to make it a 2-0 game.
