STARKVILLE, Miss. – The University of Memphis football team fell on the road at No. RV/RV Mississippi State, 49-23, on Saturday night at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Miss.
Sophomore quarterback Seth Henigan had 165 yards on 19-of-30 passing with a touchdown and a rushing score, while redshirt sophomore running back Jevyon Ducker rushed for 63 yards on five carries, including a 50-yard TD. Redshirt senior wide receiver Eddie Lewis had a game-high six receptions for 38 yards to go with a 15-yard score.
