GREENVILLE. N.C. – The Memphis softball team fell game one against ECU, 4-2, on Friday night. The Tigers (7-33) dropped an early lead as the Pirates capitalized off errors and runners on base.
"Softball is a game of adjustments and we continue to stay with the process looking to get better and improve with every game." Said head coach Stephanie VanBrakle Prothro. "We shot ourselves in the foot a few times tonight, but we are going to continue to stay with the process, like I keep saying, and keep looking to improve with each pitch and at bat.
