MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis softball team dropped their series finale against No. 25 Wichita State in a 10-3 loss. The Tigers (6-32) took the Shockers to all seven innings for the first time since 2021 while recording three runs and eight hits in the process.
"I'm proud of the girls pushing through to the end," head coach Stephanie VanBrakle Prothro said. "We've still got some things to work on and we will continue to work through the process. We shot ourselves in the foot a few times today, but we also came up with some big hits.
