PALM CITY, Fla. - The Memphis Tigers got strong rounds from Sydney Chung and Eithel McGowen, as the team shot eight strokes better than their opening day, and stand in 14th place at the strong Valspar Collegiate.
Of the 13 teams standing in front of the Tigers, 10 are ranked inside of the GolfStat Top-50, on the par-71, 7,114-yard Floridian Golf Course.
Chung and McGowen each finished the day with a one-over 72, while JC Campbell carded a six-over 77, Chase Harris an eight-over 79, and Colin Dubnik a 10-over 81.
