MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Following their home opener a week ago, the Memphis Tiger men's soccer team will be back in action on Saturday night when they host the Phoenix of UW-Green Bay.
While the Tigers played neck-and-neck with Xavier, the Musketeers netted the only game of the match in the 75' to hand Memphis the 1-0 loss.
"We knew it was going to be a tough game going in," said head men's soccer coach Richard Mulrooney. "Our guys came out and played an intelligent game, but Xavier just ended up getting the best of us.
