MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis women's soccer continued its climb in the national polls, checking in to the top 25 in both the United Soccer Coaches poll and TopDrawerSoccer poll Tuesday afternoon.
After appearing in the United Soccer Coaches national rankings for the first time since 2012 last week, the Tigers moved up two spots to No. 18 this week. In TopDrawerSoccer, Memphis made its first appearance this season at No. 24.
"Being nationally ranked means you have a massive target on your back," head coach said. "I've been here a long time, and we've been ranked as high as third in the country.
