PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Senior first baseman Ashley Threatt has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the third time this season, as announced by the league office on Monday. Threatt has now been on back-to-back Honor Rolls after earning a spot in last week's award list.
Helping lead the Tigers to a 3-2 record over the past week, Threatt carried an average of .385 in 13 at bats. She connected on five hits, including a double and two home runs.
In game one against Alcorn State on Tuesday, Threatt set the program record for RBI in a single inning, scoring two runs on a double before notching RBIs three through six with a grand slam in the first inning.
