Box Score 1 MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Memphis softball came away with a doubleheader sweep over UT Martin Tuesday afternoon. The Tigers took the early lead in game one and held on for a 5-4 victory before rallying late in game two, winning by a 6-2 margin. Memphis improves to 22-16 on the year after the sweep.
Junior shortstop Kyler Trosclair became Memphis' all-time stolen base leader after stealing second in the top of the first inning of game one. She surpassed Leandra Hines' previous record of 57.
The Tigers scored all five of its runs in the first three innings of game one to take the early lead.
