MEMPHIS, Tenn.– The Tiger softball team will pack up once again as they head to Lake Charles, La. to play in The Evangeline Bank and Trust II Invitational hosted by McNeese State. Memphis will play one game on Friday, two on Saturday and one last game on Sunday afternoon.
Memphis (3-7) has started off with hot hitting from their lineup with Camryn Wineinger, who was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll this week, leading the way with a team-high 14 hits on 28 at-bats with eight RBI while Gracie Morton, Taylor Smrt, Alyssa Dean, Kendall Lee and Alexis Dale are all hitting .
