CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Memphis Tigers women's tennis team battled to a 4-3 victory at Cincinnati Friday afternoon to kick off its two-match weekend in the Queen City.
The Tigers (5-11) improved to 3-0 in American Athletic Conference play with all three victories coming in their last five matches.
Memphis won the doubles point with Aran Teixido Garcia and Emily Meyer taking the first match on court one, 6-1, before Camila Soares and Monique Woog teamed up to win 6-4 at the second position.
