MEMPHIS, Tenn. – No. 11/10 Memphis helped honor its senior class in style behind a 4-1 win against Houston on Thursday night at Park Avenue Campus.
Despite falling behind in the first half, the Tigers (14-1-1, 6-0-1) evened the contest before halftime. Memphis then used three goals in the second half to improve to 8-0 at home.
"It was definitely a tail of two halves. We tried to tweak a few things that didn't work so we changed it right before we scored," head coach said. "In the second half, I'm proud of the way the girls came out and put the game away.
