NASHVILLE, Tenn. – In the second to last non-conference outing of the season, the University of Memphis men's soccer team earned a 2-0 shutout victory over Lipscomb Wednesday. The Tigers have registered six shutouts this season including the last two matches to improve to 6-4-1 on the year.
"I give credit to Lipscomb for really pressuring us and playing a good first half," said head coach . "I think the guys picked it up intensity wise (in the second half) and played with a bit more quality. I think the second half was more of an even match.
