MEMPHIS, Tennessee – After the first week of the season, the UofM Men's Soccer team landed four student-athletes on the American Athletic Conference's weekly award list. Senior defender Ben Roberts was named the conference's Defensive Player of the week and freshman mid Jovan Prado was named Rookie of the Week. Additionally, freshman Peter Chang and sophomore Gurman Sangha were named to the Weekly Honor Roll.
Roberts earned his second career Defensive Player of the Week nod after scoring the game-winner in the 4-0 season opener against Campbell. The Liverpool, England native also captured the selection on Oct.
