Men's basketball adds Damion Baugh to 2019 signing class

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis added a key local player to its 2019 signing class Wednesday.

Damion Baugh signed a National Letter of Intent to join James Wiseman, D.J. Jeffries and Malcolm Dandridge as members of coach Penny Hardaway's second recruiting class. Wiseman, the nation's top-ranked recruit according to multiple recruiting sites, signed during the early period last November along with Jeffries and Dandridge.

Baugh, a native of Nashville, played his junior and senior seasons in Memphis at Tennessee Prep. A 6-foot-4, 190-pound point guard, Baugh played his first two high school seasons at Cane Ridge High in Nashville.
