MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Tiger women's soccer and volleyball programs earned Team Academic Excellence Awards from the American Athletic Conference for having the highest grade point average among all league schools in their sport, and 267 Memphis student-athletes earned AAC All-Academic Team honors for having a 3.0 or higher GPA in the past academic year.
Brooks Monaghan's women's soccer program earned the recognition for the seventh time in nine seasons since the AAC was founded, and Sean Burdette's volleyball squad earned its first Team Academic Excellence Award.
