JONESBORO, Ark. – The University of Memphis indoor track and field team posted four wins and several top-five performances at the Scarlett and Black Invitational Sunday.
Two of the four wins of the meet came from DeeNia McMiller. She won the women's weight throw with a toss of 21.11m and also claimed shot put with a mark of 14.96m/49-1.
Paris Perkins and Braam Bisschop rounded out the Tigers' wins with first-place finishes in the women's 400m dash and the men's 200m dash. Perkins crossed the finish line with a time of 57.
