MEMPHIS, Tenn. – For the third straight season, Memphis Athletics had over 200 student-athletes named to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team on Thursday, while two programs claimed the league's top team honors.
A total of 202 student-athletes were listed to the conference's All-Academic Team. Memphis men's golf and men's soccer teams were recognized by the league with Team Academic Excellence awards.
With the addition of the men's golf and men's soccer team awards this season, the Tigers have 28 total AAC Team Academic Excellence Awards since 2013-14.
Thursday's announcement wraps up another strong year in the classroom for the Tigers.
