MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis has been selected as one of eight regional sites for the 2019 The Basketball Tournament (TBT), the $2 million, summer event televised live on ESPN. The event, co-hosted by Team Memphis State and the Memphis Sports Council will be take place over three days, July 19-21, in the Elma Roane Fieldhouse.
"We are proud to be selected as one of the eight regional sites," Memphis Athletic Director Tom Bowen said. "We are excited to work with Team Memphis State and the Memphis Sports Council on bringing this regional event to the UofM campus.
