Memphis Radio Team Member Forrest Goodman Passes

MEMPHIS, Tenn. Forrest Goodman, a long-time member of the Memphis Tiger Radio Network team and a veteran of nearly 30 years in radio, died Monday night after battling multiple health issues.

"For many members of the Tiger family, Forrest Goodman has been the voice of the Memphis fans, before and after the game," Interim Athletics Director Allie Prescott said. "Our Tiger family offers its condolences to his family. He was well-regarded and will be deeply missed."

A 1989 graduate of Collierville High School, Goodman, 48, joined the Memphis Tiger Radio Network in 1999, serving as the pregame and postgame host for various game broadcasts, including Tiger football and men's basketball.
