MEMPHIS, Tenn. – For the first time in program history, the Memphis Tigers will host the First Round of the NCAA Tournament at the Billy J. Murphy Track & Field Complex when they take on the Tigers of LSU on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Memphis, who won their second AAC Championship this past Sunday, comes into Sunday's match with an overall record of 13-4-2, saw five players, Elizabeth Moberg, Saorla Miller, Kimberley Smit, Caroline Duncan and Haylee Spray, named to the All-Tournament Team while Moberg and Miller were named the Most Outstanding Defensive and Offensive Players of the tournament, respectively.
