GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Memphis Tigers (8-8, 1-3) weren't able to get much going on the road in a three-set defeat to the East Carolina Pirates (6-7, 2-2). East Carolina ran away with the first set, and while the Tigers stayed close in sets two and three, East Carolina made it a quick straight-set victory.

- The Tigers could only get as close at seven with a 3-0 run that made it 12-5
