COLUMBIA, Mo. – Against one of the nation's top rushing defenses in the country, rattled off 115 yards on the ground with two touchdowns to lead the University of Memphis in a 65-33 setback to Missouri Saturday afternoon.
Memphis spent the majority of the contest without the nation's leading rusher in who left the game after the second drive.
Taylor's 115-yard performance marked the sixth time in his career he eclipsed the century mark on the ground. Missouri came into the contest allowing just four rushing touchdowns through six games. No Missouri opponent had more than one rushing score and Taylor had two on his own.
