MEMPHIS – University of Memphis Associate Athletic Director Marlon Dechausay has been named to a national working group on diversity, equity and inclusion.
The LEAD1 Association, which represents the athletics directors of the 130-member schools of the Football Bowl Subdivision, appointed a working group to examine issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in college sports.
"I am humbled and honored to be in this position to be able to affect real change with leaders across the country," said Dechausay. "The goal of our work is to serve as a reference point for a more inclusive and diverse environment on all of our campuses.
