MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Following her game-winning performance Thursday against UAB, junior was named American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
In the 98 minute of action, senior kept a UAB clear attempt in the attacking zone. Lisi collected the deflection at the top of the box and rocketed the ball in the lower left corner of the net for the golden goal.
The Woodbridge, Ontario, native tallied four shots in the Tigers' 24-shot effort, including two on goal. The game-winner was also her third goal of the season, which moved her into a tie atop the league lead in goals scored.
