AKRON, Ohio – University of Memphis senior Angeline Henry and freshman Gabriela Zych had tremendous showings in air rifle at the 2023 NCAA Championships on Saturday in Akron, Ohio.
Henry took fourth overall in air rifle, while Zych finished in 11th place for the Tigers. Henry shot a 596 to qualify for the individual final in the event and then posted a 595 to take fourth place. Zych tallied a 595 to finish in 11th place for Memphis.
"I am so proud of Angeline and Gabriela's performances at NCAA's," head coach Morgan Phillips said.
