Harrison Transfers from North Dakota

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Brett Harrison, a catcher from Winnipeg, Manitoba, will join the University of Memphis baseball program after playing two seasons for the University of North Dakota. The junior will be eligible to play in 2017 due to an NCAA transfer exception.

"We are thrilled to be adding Brett to our roster," Memphis head coach Daron Schoenrock said. "He comes at a perfect time with the graduation of two catchers. He can bolster the experience of our catching corps. The program he is coming from was coached by a longtime friend of mine, Jeff Dodson, and we are happy that Brett found a home.
