MEMPHIS – Rising junior women's golfer went six under over the final nine holes of the Missouri Women's Golf Association (MWGA) championships held at Twin Oaks Country Club in Springfield, Wednesday. Her back nine closed the win with a 214, a six-stroke margin over second place finisher, Chandler Gallagher. In all, only two golfers carded a round under par on Wednesday, including the -5 on the day for Goldenstein, while just four finished under par (222).
Goldenstein was +1 through the opening nine holes, grabbing a pair of birdies to offset a trio of bogeys on the opening half.
