PROVIDENCE, R.I. – University of Memphis sophomore Kaitlyn Gehler has been named to the American Athletic Conference Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday. It is the first conference weekly honor roll recognition of Gehler's career.
Earlier this season, Gehler was named to the SIU Saluki Invitational All-Tournament Team in helping lead the Tigers to the tournament crown.
It is the seventh time this season a Tiger has been honored by the conference. Hannah Flowers was named the league's Offensive Player of the Week Oct. 21 and also selected to the Weekly Honor Roll Sept.
