Memphis falls to 13-13 on the year and 6-7 in American Athletic Conference after dropping its second game to Cincinnati this season.

The first quarter of action between the Tigers and the Bearcats was relatively even as the largest lead for either team was four by the Tigers. Cincinnati had an answer for the Tigers four-point lead to make the game tied at 16-16 at the first quarter break of the game.
