MEMPHIS – Four starters posted double-digit points in an 83-50 exhibition win over cross-town foe Christian Brothers, Sunday, at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse. Senior Cheyenne Creighton finished with 21 points and nine rebounds in 29 minutes in the victory, including a 9-for-9 stint from the free-throw line.
"On the offensive end, I wanted to see our system and I thought we got to see that," Head Coach Melissa McFerrin said. "We had to make some adjustments playing against their Princeton offense, which I was excited to see. I thought our shot selection was good, we just need to find (Brea Elmore) and Cheyenne a bit more than we did.
