MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Senior women's golfer Michaela Fletcher tees off at the NCAA Norman Regional at 9:10 a.m., Monday, in her third NCAA regional appearance. She will be paired with two other individual qualifiers, Lauren Cox from North Texas and Brigitte Dunne from conference foe SMU and will go off hole one.
Fletcher, a three-time all-conference honoree at Memphis, is the first Lady Tiger in program history to qualify for three NCAA regionals. She is also the only player in program history to advance to the NCAA championship finals from this format.
The South Africa native missed her college graduation ceremony on Saturday as she was already in Oklahoma preparing for her regional appearance.
