MEMPHIS, Tenn. – In back-to-back weeks, junior guard has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for her play against SMU and No. 20 USF. Elmore scored a combined 28 points and helped lead the Tigers to a 62-57 upset victory over USF Sunday evening.
The win over No. 20 USF evened the season series against the Bulls and improved Memphis to 11-12 overall.
Elmore was the only player for Memphis this week to score in double-figures in both games. Against SMU, she scored 11 and in the win over USF, she added 17.
